When the basket amount is 150₺ or more for your domestic shopping from tulipahealthclub.com, your order is sent without any shipping fee.


The purchases you make on tulipahealthclub.com are delivered to Istanbul within 1-2 business days depending on its physical structure, and to all cities outside Istanbul within 1- 5 business days following the order, by being reflected on your invoice over the fee schedule of the contracted cargo company or companies. Depending on the product/service structure purchased, the delivery time may vary or may not require physical delivery.


Weekend Orders

Orders placed before 12:00 noon on Friday will start to be delivered on Saturday. Depending on the location of the cargo company, it may also extend to Monday. All orders placed after 17.00 on Friday may not arrive before Tuesday, as they will be processed on the next Monday. There is no delivery on Sundays.

In order for your order to reach you as quickly as possible, please write your address information as clear as possible. Don't forget to include the zip code. If necessary, adding an address description will enable us to reach you more easily and on time.

 

Incorrect / Missing Orders

Open the package you received with the cargo officer and check your order. If you notice any errors or omissions, please contact us immediately.

 

How many days is the return period?

In general, you can return the products you purchased within seven 7 days from the delivery date by stating the reason.

 

What are the return conditions?

Below you can find the items that must be complete in the products you send for return. If any of these are missing, product returns are not accepted.

- The products to be returned within 7 days must be delivered complete and undamaged, together with the box, packaging and activation code.
